This dot-release, hot on the heels of the major v7 release of SecureDB includes a few big enhancements for collaboration within meetings as well as a few, smaller UI updates.
Locking Editor Inputs for Collaboration
When more than one person is in a meeting, they can now collaborate on the same editor, whether that’s inside of a Task, Challenge, or Open Note.
While one person is editing, others cannot, but they can still see what’s being edited and by whom. Once that field no longer has “focus” (the user clicks out of the box), anyone else in the meeting can edit or update the content of the editor.

This “back & forth” approach means multiple people can collaborate on the same discussion topic in near real-time. Any content added autosaves every 10 seconds, so users need not worry about losing anything during collaborative work. Once collaboration is complete, text can still be manually archived by clicking Save.
“Follow the Leader” in Started Meetings – Now with Icons!
The “Follow” button now allows meeting attendees to stay in sync with the facilitator. As the facilitator moves through agenda sections, followers will automatically track along—ensuring everyone stays aligned in real time.

Also, we’ve added “attendee tracking” so you can see where your people are in the meeting agenda. In the screenshot below, you’ll see the person running the meeting is in “Wrap-Up” but Michael Scott is still in “ScoreCard.”

Task and Help Drawer Icon Updates
Since we were using the “lightbulb” for both the help drawer and for Challenges, we changed the help drawer icon to a “circle i”. We also updated the Task icon to something a little more obvious.

Bugs Squashed
- Avatar images now auto-crop – Non-square images are automatically resized to fit.
- Clearer meeting preview mode – When viewing a meeting in preview mode, the meeting title now includes “Preview:” and the Start Meeting button glows for better visibility.
- Rename the “Wrap-Up” section – The final section of a meeting can now be renamed.
- Update task statuses in Table View – Tasks can now be updated directly in Table View, making workflow adjustments easier.
- Removed “Generation” from User Profiles – This field has been removed for a cleaner user User Profile experience.
- Skills & Behaviors renaming – If users rename “Skills” and “Behaviors,” those updates will now reflect correctly in the Future Accountability Chart, Reviews, and Role settings.
