With the release of version 6.7.9, hot on the heals of v6.7.8, we’re continuing our commitment to delivering a high-performance, user-friendly experience with meaningful enhancements. This release focuses on boosting core system performance, improving user access with Magic Links, and offering more flexibility in customizing surveys and objectives. Plus, we’ve addressed numerous usability issues to ensure a smoother experience across the board. Let’s dive into what’s new and improved.
Upgraded Performance
Without getting too technical, several major upgrades were made to core systems. These both included security patches but also significant refactoring to increase performance up to 30%. After all, the version 6 suite of SecureDB has always been about performance.
Custom Behavioral Profilers
In version 6.7.9 of SecureDB, we’ve expanded our behavioral profiling capabilities to include a Custom option to upload assessment documents from any behavioral profiler directly to employee profiles. This enhancement allows teams to store and reference key insights from tools that generate PDF assessments, giving managers greater flexibility and a more complete view of their team members.
New Magic Links
Send links directly to deep portions of the application and, after login, you’ll be automatically redirected to your intended location with SecureDB‘s new “Magic Links.”
New Custom Survey Form Settings
In version 6.7.9, we added two new setting options to Custom Survey Forms. One is for requiring login to take the survey. That’s handy if you want to prevent anonymous form submissions. You can also require login as well as limit to a single response.
And, just for good measure, we also added a new “Post-Submission Message” that will be displayed to survey respondents once they’ve completed the survey.
Reassigning Individual Objectives in Meetings
Our customers asked, and we listened. As of v6.7.9, objectives can now be assigned and reassigned to individuals because things change.
Detailed Revision History
We have had Task and Challenge history for some time, but no revision history in the details. As of v6.7.9, click the “Maximize” button in the header of the modal to reveal a new revision history selection column to the right of the editor.
Updates to Naming Conventions
In v6.7.9, we added two new naming convention options. You can now rename the “Accountability Chart” to whatever you’d like as well as “ScoreCards” in meetings.
Updated Meeting Attendee Process
There was a two-step process to adding attendees to your meetings. In version 6.7 of SecureDB, we’ve simplified that. Just add the attendees to your meeting and they’ll be automatically-accepted and receive an email notification to change their acceptance, should they want to. Also, when adding new attendees to your existing meetings, only the added users will receive a notification–not everyone or no one.
