The nice thing about working with real people and real data is there are SO many different ways to visualize, update, sort, and export that information. Some people love to drag & drop task pills. Others like to think in terms of a sortable and filterable table. Both of those are options in My Task list, but that only displays YOUR tasks. What about the tasks of other people on your team? That’s why there’s a Manager View called ” Tasks by Projects” in SecureDB.
To access, click on Tasks by Projects under “Projects.”
At the top, select a project you are a part of. The table will then show all the tasks and their status associated with that project. You can sort the table by clicking on the headings. Filter the table by typing into the “Search” field at the top-right. You can also export the table as a CSV by clicking the CSV button in the top-middle.
NOTE: You must have permission to view Projects as well as Add/Edit Tasks in your user role to see the Manager View.
