When you’re getting started with SecureDB, the account manager will have imported all supplied employee information for you. However, it’s a best practice to double-check everything is setup correctly. To make this even easier, we encourage each employee to complete the Setup Wizard to ensure accuracy of their Profile, Hierarchy, and Objectives.
If your user role has access permissions, you’ll find the Setup Wizard under Global Settings >> Setup Wizard on the left-hand sidebar navigation.
The first step will walk you through updating your password from the temporary one sent you during implementation, making sure your email address is correct, a mobile number (optional), your Role, and who you primarily report to.
If others in the organization report to you, the second step allows you to map the right employee to yourself or someone else.
The third “Values” step, is more of a survey to discover what percentage of employees know what their company values are.
The “Objectives” step encourages you to create at least one objective. The final step begins the process of getting you all setup to use SecureDB for the first time.
You can return to the Setup Wizard at any time in the future from Global Settings >> Setup Wizard.
