Stay in sync with your meeting facilitator by using our “Follow” option. With the Attendee Follow Options and Agenda Tracking features, you can effortlessly follow along with key discussions and always know where each attendee is within the meeting agenda.
Attendee Follow Options
Now, when a meeting has started, attendees can choose to follow each other through the meeting agenda. This helps ensure that everyone stays aligned, especially in structured meetings where key discussions happen in sequence.
How it Works
- Next to the existing Detour button, you’ll see a Follow button.
- Clicking this button opens a dropdown list of all current meeting attendees.
- Choose an attendee from the list, and your browser will automatically navigate to each meeting section they select.
- This keeps you on the same agenda page as the person you are following.
- The meeting leader can choose “Everyone Follow Me”, which will automatically make all attendees follow them as they move through the agenda.
- This ensures everyone is looking at the same content, reducing distractions and keeping the meeting on track.
- If you want to stop following someone, simply click on a different agenda section manually.
- This will immediately remove the follow setting.
NOTE: There will be Hat-Tips shown to users as these settings are added or updated. For example, if the meeting facilitator selects “Everyone Follow Me”, all meeting attendees will see a notifications that says “<user’s name> has everyone following them.”
Tracking Attendee Agenda Locations
To make meetings even more interactive, we’ve improved how you can track where everyone is in the agenda. As attendees navigate through agenda sections, their avatars will move dynamically, giving a real-time view of where each person is.
