The v7.7.2 release of SecureDB delivers important fixes and enhancements to improve stability, usability, and reporting accuracy across the platform.
Reviews with Rings
The Performance tab of Reviews has been updated to use our familiar ring and trend charts, replacing the older line graph. This gives managers a holistic view of Performance, Alignments, and engagement metrics within the selected period.
Modal Re-Login
In the event your login to SecureDB expires as you’re working on something, you won’t get kicked-out of the application anymore. Instead, you’ll see a modal login pop-up so you can just login again, renew your session and pick-up right where you left off.
Refer right from the Partner Portal
The Partner Portal for resellers of SecureDB now allows you to generate and even send customized emails with your special referral partner link to prospects.
Dynamic Start and End Periods
SecureDB has always allowed organizations to choose their Reviews frequency between annual, semi-annual, and quarterly. But, not all organizations are on a calendar which starts in January and goes through December. In v7.7.2, there’s a new Company Setting which allows you to define custom “start” and “end” dates to more closely align the application with how you run your business.
Summarize Challenges in the Background
Sometimes the AI engine is a little slow to summarize the body of your Challenge, especially if the transcript is very long. In v7.7.2, clicking the summarization “magic wand” will save and close the Challenge and let it summarize in the background so the conversation can continue. Once complete, you can re-open the challenge to see the summarized discussion as well as the original transcript at the bottom.
