The Employee Review Frequency setting in Administration >> Company Settings determines how often performance reviews are conducted within your organization.

Available options include:

  • Quarterly
  • Semi-Annual
  • Annual

Important Considerations

Changing the Employee Review Frequency will cascade throughout Performance Scoring, affecting review scheduling and availability.

For example:

  • Selecting Quarterly means when conducting a performance review, you’ll only be able to select the current or previous quarter.
  • Similarly, choosing Semi-Annual restricts reviews to either the current or previous half-year.
  • Selecting Annual limits reviews to the current or prior year.

How to Set or Update Employee Review Frequency

  1. Navigate to Administration >> Company Settings.
  2. Find the Employee Review Frequency dropdown.
  3. Choose your desired review frequency (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual).
  4. Click Save Changes at the very bottom of the page.
