In this edition of SecureDB release notes, v3.8 includes bug fixes and a few pretty cool enhancements. Here’s a quick overview.
New Features and Enhancements
- Updated Expire time for the welcome email link token has been updated to 5 days. It used to be one hour!
- The Knowledge Base now includes advanced user tracking and a new Documents section with organization-specific content (plus some default documents)
- Additions to Skill & Behavior examples search databases
- Multi-Select Dropdowns now allow for using CTRL + Clicks to quickly add a whole bunch without the dropdown disappearing between each click.
Bugs Squashed
- Objective Frequency and Units are now required on creation
- Team-Scoped Objectives correctly applied to ALL team members
- Role-Scoped Objectives can be applied to multiple roles at once
- Skip Logic in reviews fixed if no PI profile selected
- Changing colors on % in Smart Objective details table (not just green or red anymore)
- Team Dashboard max value issue fixed
- Fixed converting existing objectives to “Smart Objectives”
- Fixed Setup Wizard Objective Creation Bug
- Role-based Smart Objectives bug fixed
- Skills & Behaviors copied down from parent company on creation
