SecureDB comes in several editions. One of the first we recommend for organizations new to performance and engagement management is our “Lite” edition. The Lite Edition has all the power of the other editions, with the exception of Performance Objectives. Organizations on the Lite Edition may see links for Objectives in their application, but access is not active. and pages blurred out.
This is the perfect edition to get started with SecureDB with, even if you plan on rolling out Performance Objectives in the near future.
If you want to upgrade, simply create a Support Ticket or email your SecureDB Account Manager. The upgrade is seamless and requires no additional work on your part of the part of employees within your organization.
