  • People: Success depends on having the right people in the right Seats. This component focuses on ensuring that team members align with the company’s Core Values and are in roles where they can excel.
  • Data: This component emphasizes making decisions based on objective data rather than emotions, opinions, or egos. It involves tracking key metrics that provide a clear snapshot of the business’s health.
  • Process: Systemizing your business by documenting and standardizing your core processes ensures consistency, efficiency, and scalability. This component focuses on getting everyone to follow the essential procedural steps.
  • Issues: Every business faces challenges. This component is about identifying, discussing, and solving issues to ensure they don’t hinder progress. It involves using a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Traction®: This is about bringing discipline and accountability to the organization. It involves setting quarterly goals (Rocks) and using tools like the weekly Level 10 Meetings to stay on track and ensure the vision is being executed effectively.
