If your PPT file is already saved in your Office 365 cloud drive, you can embed it in your meeting using Microsoft’s embedding tools, explained here. However, that uses SharePoint which is finicky when it comes to security and publicly sharing and embedding documents. An easier approach would be to use a free service like SlideShare.net. Think of it like YouTube for slide shows.
How to Embed SlideShare Media in Your Meeting
Just upload your PPT, PPS, or even PDF and Word file to SlideShare and they’re converted into shared media.
Important Privacy Note:
Like YouTube, documents uploaded to SlideShare are publicly available. You can change licensing and visibility settings if you create an account, but the default is “public.”
