How It Works:
- List All Tasks: Start by making a comprehensive list of everything you do in a typical week.
- Categorize into Four Quadrants: Break down these tasks into four quadrants based on what you like to do and are good at.
- Delegate the Bottom Two Quadrants: The focus is on delegating the tasks in the “Don’t Like/Good at” and “Don’t Like/Not Good at” quadrants to others better suited for them. This delegation allows you to elevate yourself by spending more time in the top two quadrants, doing work that you enjoy and excel at.
- Continual Improvement: Over time, continue to delegate tasks from the bottom two quadrants each quarter, gradually moving more of your time into activities that are in your sweet spot.
