Although not as large a release as was done in v5.5 about a week ago, version 5.5.2 of Performance Scoring was deployed to Production this morning. It includes resolutions to 11+ usability issues, and the following enhancements.
- Late Task “Nudge” Notification – Sends an email when your task is at risk of being late as well as when the due date has already passed. The email also includes a direct link to the specific task so you can update it.
- Meeting and Reviews Mobile UI Updates – So you can now run your meetings and reviews more easily on your mobile device.
- Average % of Tasks Completed On Time – This rolling statistic now shows on your dashboard as well as on the first page of reviews.
- Inactive Users Removed from Meetings – When a user is set to inactive, they are automatically removed from all meetings they were in.
- “Select All” Option Selects All – Regardless of table pagination, “Select All” now actually selects all instead of just all of the rows on page you are currently on.
There are also some subtle updates to notifications while in the same meeting as well as new email, in-app, and text notification options available from your profile (bottom of the notifications tab).
What’s Coming Next?
We always have crazy-awesome things in the works based on customer suggestions and your great ideas. Here are a few things coming hot on the heals of v5.5.2.
- Ability to Invite Guest Users to Participate in Meetings (no login required!)
- Add Actual/Percentage Toggle on the Performance Tab of Reviews
- Default Notification Settings for New Users
Lastly, we’re also working on a new company option for a top-navigation concept which will replace the classic left-side navigation we have now, but that’s still a little ways down the dev roadmap.
