Check-Ins are a great tool for management to use to not only give feedback in areas of concern for them but also manage their time and coaching better. Check-Ins are crafted questions categorized by role to ensure tasks are being met, projects are understood, conflicts are being addressed, and management is spending their time where needed instead of figuring out where problems are.  

To answer one on one questions first login to your organization’s SecureDB application. Once logged in select “People” from the Nav Panel, then select “Check-Ins”. 

Select the employee’s name from the dropdown menu at the top of the page and it will bring up their role specific questions to be answered. You can either type in key notes for each question, or if equipped, transcribe and summarize the conversation. After questions are answered and any additional notes are entered select the “Save Answers” to submit. Management will be notified based on the answered given.  Previous answers are stored at the bottom of the employee’s dashboard
