When looking at the Profile Completeness report in People Analytics, the system loops through a series of tests for every user in your organization. As soon as a test is failed, that issue is displayed for the user in the table and represented as a count in the table above. However, that doesn’t mean that user may not fail more than one test. The tests are looped-through in priority order, so the most critical issue for a given user shows in the table.
Rules
Here is the logic for those tests, again in priority order.
- Has Logged-in
- Has Role Assigned
- Has Primary Reports To Assigned
- Has Updated their Password (completed the 4-step initial process)
- Has (if enabled) PI Profile Chosen
- Has at least one Objective Category “Is Scored In”
- Has at least one Feedback/Factor Category “Is Scored In”
- Is on at least one Team
Clicking the columns in the chart above filters the table to only the users which violented THAT rule.
