A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning tool that helps individuals and organizations assess their current position and plan for future growth. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. By listing internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats), you gain a clearer picture of your situation.

Use it to make better decisions, prepare pfor challenges, and identify where you can improve or expand. It’s often used in business planning, performance reviews, marketing strategy, and personal development.
