In the Segue portion of your meeting, you’ll see a little button on the right titled “Add Sticky Note.” Clicking that button adds a digitally-editable sticky note to your meeting. Create the note in either the Meeting Preview or a meeting that has already started. To clear and remove that note from your meeting, click the “[-]” icon at the top-right of the note.
Sticky Notes in meetings are designed for tiny reminders to all meeting attendees. They are visible to anyone who can view the meeting.
The intent for Sticky Notes is for little announcements like, “The Office is Closed on Monday!” Little announcements like these are not tasks, and not topics for discussion.
Sticky Notes do not have any kind of a “save button” on them. Once you are done making changes, just click anywhere else and it’ll save in the background (no refresh needed either).
Unlike a lot of other things in SecureDB, there is no tracking, no notification, and no archive of previous Sticky Notes. Just like a real one, they are for little reminders and once they’re gone, they’re gone for good (unless somebody took a screenshot or something).
