We are pleased to announced our latest version release of GoExpand! The version 7.2 release brings some considerable enhancements to our current offerings. Here’s a quick recap of what’s new!
Help Drawer Links to Main Modules
You’ll now see help link icons across GoExpand in regularly-used modules. Clicking the “info” icon will trigger a slide out help article containing information and helpful links related to the module.
1 and 3 Year Goal Updates
Long-term planning in GoExpand has been enhanced with updates to 1 and 3 Year Goals. Users can now create actionable year-long to multi-year plans from one location! The 1 and 3 Year Goal creation process now mirrors the Rock process and allows users the ability to nest Rocks and To-Dos within 1 and 3 Year Goals in one sitting!
Editable The Accountability Chart
The first of a few updates to the The Accountability Chart makes it a fully-functioning role/user management experience. Updates can now be made to role Skills, Roles, and Metrics as well as the profile picture. New users can now be created directly in the chart connected to the user they report to.
*The same updates have been made to the future accountability chart to allow for organizational planning. Changes made in the future chart save as a draft and do not affect live data.
Customized Notes in Meeting Templates
Users can now customize meeting notes in meeting templates in order for specific content to already be in place when new meetings are created from a template. This is particularly beneficial for one-on-ones, job-site meetings, client meetings, or any other meeting that follows a specific order and needs reproduceable information in notes sections.
Shout-Outs
Shout-Outs can now be renamed in naming conventions, and the Shout-Outs section of the dashboard is now a live link that takes users to the shout outs page where they can give Shout-Outs to anyone in the company and “like” Shout-Outs that have already been entered.
Coming Soon, v10
We’re also excited to announce a revolutionary update coming in version 10 to GoExpand where organizations will be able to generate OpenAI API keys to build a workspace for their organization which will allow for even greater context to be shared between conversations, and even automatically generate action items into To-Dos with little or no manual entry.
