The Company Setup View is to be used by the organization’s administrators and controls the company’s Performance Scoring Application. To go to the Company Setup View, log into your organizations Performance Scoring application, then under Admininistration, click Company Settings.
Once there, you will notice your “App Edition” this is the version of the application your organization is on. Next to it is an editable field, “Company Name”, please make sure this is correct. You will also be able to modify your “Review Frequency”, from Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually, as well as select your Behavioral Profiler (Currently Predictive Index and Mind Mosaic are the only integrated partners).
Below are the Review Questions based on the Review Frequency. While these are defaulted to our methodology, you may change, delete, or add to each of the Lived Values, Motivations, and Alignment Categories. To delete click on the “X” to the right of the text field. To add click on “add row”.
Once completed, click on Save Changes. You will notice that if you changed the review frequency that change will cascade through the application.
