Performance Scoring gives your organization the ability to measure what matters by creating and editing Feedback. Feedback are objective measurables, tracked in the moment, that you or your organization find critical to your success and culture.

To Manage Feedback first log into your application. Once logged in, see the menu on the left side of the screen select Administration. then select Manage Feedback

The Manage Feedback page is a list of your organization’s Feedback. The Feedback listed represent only the Feedback in the Feedback Categories in which the logged in user has permission to score others in.  Select the Add Feedback button at the top of the page to create a new Feedback. 

First enter the Feedback name in the Feedback Name field and select the Category that this Feedback will be associated with from the Category dropdown. The Feedback value is weighted by your organization as you see fit. Select the status Active if you wish for the Feedback to be visible. Likewise, Inactive if you do not want the Feedback visible at this time and click Add Feedback.  

Feedback can be edited or made inactive by selecting Edit from the Edit Feedback page and updating the Feedback properties.
