Use them alongside the meeting agenda and saved recaps. A shorter meeting or a higher rating alone does not establish meeting quality.

Open meeting statistics

From My Meetings, choose View meeting statistics. The summary shows the last 30 days. On the full statistics page, choose the last 30, 90, or 365 days and select Apply. The selected dates and time zone appear above the results.

Read the key measures

Completed meetings: Your recorded participation in completed meetings in the selected period. A recurring meeting can contribute several records. Other attendees’ records are not added to your totals.

Time in meetings: The sum of your recorded positive meeting durations. Average duration divides that time by your completed records. Typical length uses the median, which is less affected by a very long meeting.

Average meeting rating: The average of valid saved meeting ratings. These are the meeting’s submitted average, not your individual rating. Missing ratings are excluded rather than treated as zero. The rated count and rating coverage show how much feedback supports the average.

Issues solved: Recorded changes to your owned issues during meetings. Your organization’s configured issue name is used.

Tasks updated: Changes to your owned tasks during meetings. Updates do not mean those tasks were completed or newly assigned. Repeated updates may appear in more than one meeting record.

Explore patterns

Meeting time by week shows weekly totals, including partial weeks at the edges of the selected range. Where your time goes compares your meeting series by time, rating coverage, solved issues, and updated tasks. Historical meeting names are hidden when you no longer have access.

Add a dashboard widget

Open the dashboard Customize control (the paintbrush icon), select Meeting Statistics, and save your layout. The optional widget shows the same personal 30-day summary and links to the full statistics view. Existing dashboard layouts are not changed automatically.

Saved AI recaps and data limitations

Open a meeting preview to read its available saved recap. Legacy participation records do not reliably identify session-level AI recap coverage, so that coverage is not presented as a calculated statistic. Generated suggestions are separate from assigned and completed tasks.

Meetings that have not ended are not included. Records with non-positive durations are excluded, and the page reports that exclusion count. All valid positive durations are included, with no arbitrary minimum meeting length. If the period is empty, try a longer range. Missing records or ratings do not imply poor performance.

Understand your meeting time and outcomes Meeting statistics help you discuss how your meeting time is spent, which meeting series account for that time, and what was recorded during those […]

[136
32
post-21233","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-meetings","tag-meetings
["GET
