steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start with the basics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before assuming something is broken, check the basics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is Leadership Compass <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=21097\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"21097\">enabled for the organization<\/a>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the user in the correct organization?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the user using the correct account?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the cohort active or launched?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has the user been added to the cohort?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the user have the correct role?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are the required pillars enabled?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has the user accepted required reflection cards?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has the user refreshed the page after completing work?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Many issues are resolved by confirming these items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot see Leadership Compass<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If Leadership Compass does not appear, check whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leadership Compass is enabled for your organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your user account has access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are logged into the correct organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are using the correct account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10605\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10605\">your role has permission<\/a> to access Leadership Compass<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your account has been <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=21097\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"21097\">added to a cohort<\/a>, if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you still cannot see Leadership Compass, contact your Admin, Champion, or support contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I can see Leadership Compass but not my cohort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can access Leadership Compass but cannot see the correct cohort, you may not be assigned to it yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask a Champion or Admin to confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the cohort exists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cohort is active or launched<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your account was added to the cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you were added with the correct role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are not using a duplicate account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your email address matches the invited account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cohort visibility usually depends on assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I am in the wrong cohort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you appear in the wrong cohort, contact your Champion or Admin before continuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is especially important if you have not completed much work yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Champion or Admin may need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>remove you from the incorrect cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>add you to the correct cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confirm which account should be used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>review whether any completed work needs support attention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not continue in the wrong cohort unless your Champion confirms that it is okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I have a duplicate account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Duplicate accounts can cause access and progress confusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This may happen when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you were invited using one email but logged in with another<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you used a personal email instead of a work email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your account was created manually and later invited again<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your name appears twice in the participant list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask your Champion or Admin which account should be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot start a pillar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot start a pillar, check whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the cohort has launched<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the pillar is enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the pillar is unlocked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you completed any required earlier step<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are assigned as a Participant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are using the correct account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Some pillars may not be available until earlier pillars are complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I do not see a pillar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a pillar is missing, it may not be enabled for your cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership Compass can be configured with different pillar sets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a cohort may use only Pillar 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a cohort may use Pillars 1\u20133<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a cohort may use all five pillars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a cohort may unlock pillars based on the selected package or configuration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Missing does not always mean broken. The pillar may not be part of your cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I completed a pillar but progress did not update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Progress may not update until all required steps are complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check whether you have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>answered required questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>saved your responses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>completed the pillar workflow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reviewed generated reflection cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accepted required cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refreshed the dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If reflection cards are still pending, the pillar may not count as complete yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot move to the next pillar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot move forward, check whether the current pillar is fully complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>finish unanswered prompts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>save the pillar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>review reflection cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>edit reflection cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accept required cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete a required previous pillar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refresh your dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You may also be blocked if the next pillar is not enabled for your cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reflection cards did not generate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflection cards may not generate if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the pillar was not fully submitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>required answers are missing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>there was a temporary processing issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the page was closed too early<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the system needs more time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Try refreshing the page first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If cards still do not appear, contact your Facilitator, Champion, or support contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot accept a reflection card<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot accept a reflection card, check whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the card is still editable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>required fields are complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the card has already been accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the card belongs to the correct pillar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you have the correct role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the page needs to be refreshed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the card appears locked unexpectedly, contact your Facilitator or Champion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I accepted a card too soon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you accepted a card before you were ready, contact your Facilitator or Champion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They may be able to help determine whether the card can be edited, reopened, regenerated, or handled during guide editing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not assume the card can always be changed after acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My dashboard says I am incomplete, but I finished the work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This usually means one required step has not been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all enabled pillars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reflection card acceptance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guide generation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guide review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guide signing, if required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dashboard refresh<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether the cohort requires post-program setup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If everything appears complete but the dashboard still shows incomplete, contact support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot generate my guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guide generation usually requires all enabled pillars to be complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all required pillars are complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>all required reflection cards are accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cohort is active<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guide generation is enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are using the correct account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the dashboard has refreshed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If a required step is incomplete, the guide button may stay hidden or disabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My guide is missing content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your guide is usually built from accepted reflection cards and enabled pillars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Content may be missing if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a pillar was not enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a reflection card was not accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a card was edited too briefly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a section is not included in your cohort\u2019s guide format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guide generation happened before a card was ready<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Review the related pillar and accepted cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot edit my guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guide editing may be unavailable if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>editing is not enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guide has already been signed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guide is locked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your role does not allow editing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cohort is past that stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask your Facilitator or Champion whether changes can still be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot sign my guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If signing is available but not working, check whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>required guide sections are complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unsaved edits need to be saved first<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are using the correct account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guide has already been signed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the page needs to be refreshed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Signing may be disabled until the guide is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot share my guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guide sharing may depend on the setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sharing is enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guide has been generated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guide needs to be signed first<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the recipient has the correct email or account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the invitation was sent correctly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the recipient has access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If sharing still does not work, contact your Champion or support contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Leader cannot see my progress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Leader can usually see progress only for assigned participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask the Champion or Admin to confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the Leader has the Leader role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Leader is assigned to you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are in the same cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cohort is active<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your account is not duplicated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Leader visibility is usually assignment-based.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Facilitator cannot see my reflections<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Facilitator may need to be assigned before they can see participant reflections or feedback tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask the Champion or Admin to confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a Facilitator is assigned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Facilitator is assigned to the correct participant or cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>facilitator feedback is enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the participant is in the correct cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Facilitator is using the correct account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I cannot message my Facilitator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Facilitator messaging may not be enabled for every cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a Facilitator is assigned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>messaging is enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are in the correct cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cohort is active<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you are using the correct account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If messaging is not available, use the communication method your Champion provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I did not receive a notification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you expected an email or notification, check:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your spam or junk folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the email address used for your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether the cohort has launched<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether notifications are enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether your organization blocks certain emails<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether you are using the correct account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Champion or Admin can confirm whether launch or reminder notifications were sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Progress looks different for different roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants, Leaders, Facilitators, and Champions may see different dashboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each role has a different purpose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants complete reflections and build guides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leaders support assigned participant progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitators provide reflection support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Champions manage cohorts and assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Different views do not always mean inconsistent data. They may reflect role-based access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to send when asking for help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When asking for help, include enough detail for someone to diagnose the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Send:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the cohort name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what you expected to happen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what actually happened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>which page or step you were on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether you refreshed the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>screenshots, if helpful<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether the issue affects only you or multiple people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not send sensitive reflection content unless it is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Common questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can\u2019t I see all five pillars?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your cohort may not have all five pillars enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why does my dashboard still show incomplete?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A required pillar, reflection card, guide step, or signing step may still be unfinished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can my coworker see something I cannot?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may have different roles, assignments, enabled pillars, or cohort access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can support fix my answers?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Support may be able to help with access and workflow issues, but your reflection content should remain yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can a Champion change my role?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A Champion or Admin may be able to correct cohort assignments and role access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Should I start over if something looks wrong?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No. Contact your Champion or Admin before starting over or using another account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best practices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the correct account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm cohort assignment before starting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save your work as you go.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and accept reflection cards carefully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refresh your dashboard after completing a step.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask for help before continuing in the wrong cohort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include clear details when reporting issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect private reflection content when requesting support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Most Leadership Compass issues can be resolved by checking access, role assignment, cohort setup, enabled pillars, and unfinished workflow steps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Most issues are related to access, role assignment, cohort status, enabled pillars, or incomplete reflection card steps.
