Users can enable or disable sections. Sections available in the digest include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Tasks (open \/ overdue, due date, quick view link)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Projects (Project name + status, top 5 with
View All Projects<\/code> CTA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n- My Unsolved \/ Unresolved Issues (title, status, age, view link \u2014 top 5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Reminders (Project due soon, long-running unresolved issues, late Tasks, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Notifications (recent notifications for the period)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Meetings (total meeting time, number of meetings, avg length)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Team Metrics \/ Shoutouts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nHow to set up Daily or Weekly Digest Emails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To access Daily Digest settings, navigate to your User Profile > Notifications. Daily digests are sent early morning in your local time zone; weekly digests are sent on the user\u2019s time zone and selected weekday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Open the application and go to your profile \/ user menu.<\/strong>\n

- Click your avatar or name at the top right and then select edit profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Open Notification Settings.<\/strong>\n

- From the user profile, choose Notifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Find the Digest emails setting.<\/strong>\n
- \n
- Locate the Digest Email<\/strong> section. The options are: None | Daily | Weekly<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Choose Daily or Weekly.<\/strong>\n
- \n
- Select Daily<\/strong> if you want a digest covering the last 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Weekly<\/strong> if you want a digest covering the last 7 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If you select None<\/strong>, you will not receive digest emails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (If Weekly) choose your preferred send day.<\/strong>\n

- When Weekly is selected, a control appears to pick the weekday the digest should be sent. Choose the desired day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Pick which sections to include (optional).<\/strong>\n
- \n
- In the same Notification Settings area you can toggle which sections appear in your digest (for example: Tasks, Projects, My Unsolved Issues, Reminders, Notifications, Meetings, Team Metrics, Shoutouts). Enable only the sections you want to receive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Save your settings.<\/strong>\n

- Click Save Chages<\/strong> at the bottom of your profile page to commit changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Confirm timezone and brand defaults (if relevant).<\/strong>\n

- Digests are sent using the local time zone for daily and weekly sends using the time zone set in Company Settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- To stop digests at any time.<\/strong>\n

- Return to Notification Settings<\/strong> and set Digest emails<\/strong> to None<\/strong>, or disable all sections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nLimits and reminders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

- Projects and issue lists are intentionally short (top 5 items) to avoid email bloat; CTAs link to full pages for more detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Reminders include rules such as long-running unresolved issues (for example unresolved > 14 days), Project due-soon reminders, and late Task reminders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
