This gives leaders more consistency, better alignment, and more confidence that the platform reflects their real priorities\u2014not just a default sort order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is a major leap forward for advanced performance management. With Version 8, you can now build Objectives that automatically calculate<\/a> their values based on other Objectives using formulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n That means you can now:<\/p>\n\n\n\n In practical terms, this unlocks a much smarter way to manage metrics across the organization.
