New “My Challenges List” Widget and View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Challenges are designed to capture ideas, issues, questions, and conversations that need visibility and follow-up. Previously, Challenges were created primarily within meetings and tied directly to specific agendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This update makes Challenges more flexible, more visible, and easier to manage\u2014both inside and outside the context of meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\nEnhancements include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nThe ability for Challenges to exist independently of meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n A new \u201cMy Challenges\u201d Dashboard widget<\/strong> that shows your open Challenges at a glance<\/li>\n\n\n\nA new expanded Challenges view for managing all Challenges, including archived items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nAdd Task from inside a Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n While you’re discussing something and have the Challenge modal open, you now have the option to capture new Tasks while keeping the discussion going. Just click the new “Add Task” button at the bottom of the Challenge modal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While discussing a Challenge, you can now create Tasks directly from the Challenge modal without interrupting the conversation. Simply click the new \u201cAdd Task\u201d<\/strong> button at the bottom of the Challenge to capture action items in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\nProject Discussions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Projects now include a new \u201cProject Discussion\u201d<\/strong> button at the top of the Project details page. This view surfaces all Challenge topics related to that Project, providing valuable context\u2014especially when discussions occur in meetings you may not attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\nClicking the button again returns the Project to its default Task view.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNo More Random Avatars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n When a person hasn\u2019t uploaded a profile photo, the system now generates a clean SVG placeholder using their initials, replacing randomly generated avatars with a more consistent, professional look.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWrapping Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Together, these updates improve how information flows across meetings, planning, and execution\u2014reducing manual effort while preserving context and clarity.
