Challenges are used to capture ideas, issues, questions, and conversations that need visibility and follow-up. While they are often discussed and worked through during meetings<\/a>, Challenges are not limited to a single meeting<\/strong>, or any meeting at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The My Challenges<\/strong> view provides a centralized place to see Challenges associated with you, regardless of where (or if) they appear in meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: <\/strong>This Dashboard widget is “off” by default. To add it to your dashboard, click “Customize” at the top of the dashboard and turn on My Challenges<\/strong> in the modal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The My Challenges<\/strong><\/strong> Dashboard widget displays:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Challenges created by you<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Challenges that may be:\n
      \n
    • Assigned to one or more meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Not currently assigned to any meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Active (non-archived) Challenges only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      This widget is designed to provide at-a-glance visibility<\/strong> into the Challenges you\u2019ve raised across the system, without requiring you to navigate into individual meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How This Differs from Challenges in a Meeting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Challenges viewed inside a meeting are filtered to that specific meeting\u2019s agenda<\/strong>. In contrast, the My Challenges<\/strong> view:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Is not tied to a single meeting<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Shows Challenges across all<\/em> meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Includes Challenges that exist independently of meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Focuses specifically on Challenges associated with the logged-in user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        This makes it easier to track discussions that span multiple meetings or have not yet been scheduled for discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Viewing All Challenges Associated With You<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        In addition to the Dashboard widget, a dedicated view is available that shows all Challenges associated with you<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Active Challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Archived Challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Challenges across all meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
