The Kanban Board<\/strong> provides a visual way to manage your Projects and Tasks. You can organize work into customizable swimlanes, drag and drop items to update their status, and watch changes sync instantly across users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you\u2019re viewing Projects<\/strong> or Tasks<\/strong>, the Kanban Board gives you a real-time snapshot of progress across your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s a Kanban Board?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A Kanban board is a visual project management tool that uses columns to represent different stages of a workflow and cards to represent individual tasks. By moving cards across the board from columns like “To Do” to “In Progress” and “Done,” teams can visualize their progress, track work in real-time, and improve efficiency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the Kanban Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the main navigation, go to Projects \u2192 Project Kanban Board<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You\u2019ll see a dropdown labeled View by Projects<\/strong> \u2014 switch this to Tasks<\/strong> if you prefer to manage individual Tasks instead of whole Projects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Creating Your First Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Click the gear icon \u2699\ufe0f<\/strong> at the top-right corner of the page to open Board Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The Kanban Board now updates asynchronously<\/strong> \u2014 meaning any change you or your teammates make appears right away for everyone viewing the same board.
        When you move, edit, or relabel a card:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
