The SecureDB Master Scorecard provides users with a powerful tool for visualizing and analyzing Objective data. This guide will walk you through the steps to navigate, access, and filter data using the Scorecard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing Objective Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To access data from the Scorecoard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the navigation bar, select Performance > Scorecard<\/strong>. This will open the default Scorecard view, ready to populate with Objective data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Visualize<\/strong>.\n
      \n
    • The default Scorecard view will populate with all Objective data for the logged-in user and any users reporting to them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Review the data:\n
        \n
      • Line Graph<\/strong>: Displays trends and progress for each Objective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Data Table<\/strong>: Below the chart; shows detailed Objective data, including specific values and progress metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The combination of graphical and tabular data offers a comprehensive overview of performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Utilizing Filters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Filters allow users to customize the data displayed on the Scorecard. Here\u2019s how to use them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Use the date range picker to define the period for the desired data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                • Team<\/strong>: Narrows data down to specific Teams for a focused view of collective performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Category<\/strong>: Targets specific Objective categories, such as sales, customer satisfaction, or project deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Department<\/strong>: Filters data for selected Departments, supporting cross-departmental performance analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
