GWC stands for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gets it<\/strong>: The individual truly understands their role, the culture, the systems, the pace, and how the job fits together within the organization. They naturally &#8220;get&#8221; what is required and how to perform effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wants it<\/strong>: The person genuinely wants the role and the responsibilities that come with it. They have the desire and motivation to take on the tasks and challenges inherent in the position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacity<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>to<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>do<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>it<\/strong>: This refers to the individual&#8217;s ability to handle the job&#8217;s demands. Capacity includes having the time, skills, knowledge, and emotional intelligence necessary to perform at a high level. If any of these are lacking, the person might struggle to succeed in the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>GWC is used as a filter when assigning roles, ensuring that each team member is not only competent but also aligned with the organization&#8217;s goals and culture. Select an employee that directly reports to you from the dropdown at the top. A chart will appear where each row lists the Behaviors for that user&#8217;s role. Under each column for &#8220;Get it,&#8221; &#8220;Want it,&#8221; and &#8220;Capacity to do it,&#8221; click the table cell to cycle through &#8220;Yes,&#8221; &#8220;No,&#8221; or nothing. The final row is what will be used in the <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=18901\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"18901\">People Analyzer<\/a> for this employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: The final score is NOT an average.
