To access the People Analyzer, navigate to People &gt; People Analyzer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each row in the People Analyzer represents one employee who <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"353\">directly reports to<\/a> you. In the columns under Right Person, click each cell to cycle through +, -, +\/-, to determine their fit. Then, if you&#8217;ve <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=18909\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"18909\">already completed a GWC\u00ae<\/a> for this person, their Yes\/No will already be there for you.
