Whether you&#8217;re in a coaching session, review, or live feedback meeting, transcription can be a game-changer\u2014but only when it works. If you&#8217;re not seeing your words turn into text, here\u2019s a quick checklist to get back on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check Your Microphone Hardware<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First things first\u2014make sure your microphone is plugged in and functional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using a headset? Confirm it\u2019s fully connected to your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal mic? Try testing it in another app like Voice Memos or Zoom to verify it\u2019s active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart your device if you\u2019re unsure. That means transcription might not appear instantly.
