In version 6.7.8, we&#8217;ve included a few enhancements including adding a toggle on the Accountability Chart to show\/hide Secondary Reports.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Added Accountability Chart Toggle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When your users have a lot of <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"353\">Secondary Reports<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=3577\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3577\">Accountability Chart<\/a> can get a little, well, overwhelming.  In SecureDB v6.7.8, you&#8217;ll see a toggle in the top-right corner of the screen.  This let&#8217;s you toggle visibility of these secondary relationships on or off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"980\" height=\"475\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Accountability-Chart-Toggle.gif\" alt=\"Accountability Chart Toggle\" class=\"wp-image-18156\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warning\/Redirect if Creating Duplicate User<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When adding a new user, the system will now check if that email address already exists in the database before adding them.  If they already exist, you&#8217;ll see a warning asking if you want to edit this user&#8217;s profile instead. SecureDB never allowed for duplicate users, but with this enhancement, you&#8217;ll be able to update the user&#8217;s profile if they&#8217;re already in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is useful in the event a user had previously been created outside of your reporting structure and you were unaware they already existed in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bug Squashed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>v6.7.8 includes a handful of bug fixes, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenges Maintain their Order in Meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Function Fixes if Company is Null<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved encoding in <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=14637\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"14637\">Form Reports<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Send Meeting Started&#8221; button in Started Meeting fixed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Null Error in Objective Management Controller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Streamlined data collection to avoid redundant calls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forms Rubric link now Opens in a New Tab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;ve just completed a dot-release to Production.
