This tool is designed to be a formative assessment (much like Check-Ins and Forms) that lays the groundwork for official <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10932\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10932\">Reviews<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend regularly reviewing each team member with this tool, rating their performance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;green&#8221; for demonstrating that element of Values or Alignments fit most of the time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;yellow&#8221; for some of the time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;red&#8221; for usually not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full add-color\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1170\" height=\"504\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/culture-capacity-redo.gif\" alt=\"Interacting with the Culture and Capacity Assessment\" class=\"wp-image-18028\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The rows each represent someone that reports to the logged-in user. So the list depends on the people that have you listed as their <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"353\">Teams<\/a> in their <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=3572\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3572\">Employee Profile<\/a>.  Simply click each box in the matrix to cycle through Green, Yellow, and Red scores. The final cell in each row is a dropdown that allows managers to select an overall Culture &amp; Capacity rating for the time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right People; Right Seat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The right people in your organization are passionate about the organization&#8217;s culture and exemplify its culture in their actions and attitudes. An employee who is out of Alignment with the organization&#8217;s culture can bring confusion, negativity, and unproductive outcomes to the entire organization. Therefore, you should hire, fire, recognize, and reward based on employees&#8217; Alignment with your organization&#8217;s culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you determine that a team member is a culture fit, then you likely have the right person in your organization. However, it is possible for the right person to be in the wrong role because of capacity challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing Values and Alignments to edit the Values&nbsp;for Culture and Capacity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Values&nbsp; that define your Values and the criteria that contribute to Alignments (culture and capacity) fit, so your staff are evaluated on a matrix with one box for each of these areas of fitness.
