In some instances, a company or individual user will have proven processes that have to occur multiple times within a year. For those, SecureDB has developed <strong>Project Templates<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating a Project from a Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can easily create a new Project from a template by selecting a template from the dropdown at the top of the <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12733\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12733\">Project creation screen<\/a>. Once a template is selected, all settings from the template will automatically load in the new Project. Users can then edit these settings before creating the Project. Here are a few things to know when creating a Project from a template:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project end date and any Task deadlines will automatically adjust to the selected start date based on the parameters set in the Project template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Task ownership and other details will match what is in the Project template, so make sure to update as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the Project name, subtitle, and description to match your desired outcome.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating a Project Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a Project Template, navigate to <strong>Projects<\/strong> &gt;&gt; <strong>Projects List<\/strong> and click the <strong>Create Template<\/strong> button at the top. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"177\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-1024x177.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-1024x177.png 1024w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-300x52.png 300w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-768x132.png 768w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-1536x265.png 1536w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-954x165.png 954w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-980x169.png 980w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button-600x103.png 600w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/create-project-template-button.png 1606w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From the next window, the process is almost exactly the same as <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12733&amp;brand=performancescoring\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">creating a new Project.<\/a> The only exception is that Project Templates can be set to recur.
