Those six reports are: Headcount, Attrition, <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10932\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10932\">Reviews<\/a>, Profile Completeness, <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12411\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12411\">Needs Assessment<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=13664\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"13664\">Composite Score<\/a>. Sorting by score can highlight areas for improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>      Here is the information that is returned for each result:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User&#8217;s Name<\/strong>&nbsp;(First Last)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manager<\/strong>&nbsp;(who did the review)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Score<\/strong>&nbsp;(the score if it was &#8220;3&#8221; or less)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Question<\/strong>&nbsp;(the question that was scored a 3 or less)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>&nbsp;(the date the review was submitted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>View<\/strong>&nbsp;(a link to the archived-readonly review)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Needs-Assesment-2-1024x538.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12417\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br> This gives Managers a quick way to  see where employees may be struggling, and identify  key areas to coach them to success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Composite Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Composite Score includes each individual within your organization\u2019s average scores across\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10932\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10932\">Reviews<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=443\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"443\">Factor<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10805\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10805\">Objectives<\/a>.
