Meeting Templates are a powerful feature within SecureDB designed to simplify the process of creating and managing meetings, making it more efficient and user-friendly. These predefined configurations allow you to quickly set up meetings with specific settings, agendas, and even questions, eliminating the need to recreate them from scratch. Meeting Templates offer several benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating Meeting Templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. In SecureDB, select My Meetings<\/strong> from the nav panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the Create New Template<\/strong> button on the My Meetings screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Create the Template as you would a normal meeting<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. After configuring all the necessary settings, select Save Meeting Template<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This will now be a Meeting Template option when creating new meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Editable Template Sections<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Two sections of a meeting template, discussion questions and meeting notes, are editable and allow users to easily create multiple meetings with similar content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • To add discussion questions, select “Add New” in the Discussion section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
