SecureDB has quite a lot of ways for your to visualize available data from across your organization.  What, exactly, you can see depends entirely on <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10605\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10605\">permissions<\/a> set in your role, as well as which individuals <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\">report to you<\/a>. All the reports can be broken down into just a few main types: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performance Reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People Analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the link above to jump to that section, or scroll down and review them all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"performance\">Performance Reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Performance&#8221; is kind of a broad term, but in SecureDB, we&#8217;re referring to Factor scores and scores from Objectives.  There are four main places these reports exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=14389\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"14389\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Employee Dashboard<\/a><\/strong>: Data all about a specific employee; accessible from your main dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10856\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10856\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Team Dashboard<\/a><\/strong>: Shows average performance data for all members of a given team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10932\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10932\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Performance Reviews<\/a><\/strong>: The first tab of the review includes previous review data as well as a trend chart showing the selected employee&#8217;s average objective scores compared to the average objectives scores for other employees in the same role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=390\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"390\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ScoreBoard<\/a><\/strong>: This is a drilldown column chart showing Factor numbers by category scored on a relative curve (top performers, median performers, low performers). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"analytics\">People Analytics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>People Analytics is a view that contains a series of reports.  The typical audience for People Analytics are HR professionals.  However, because of our <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\">Reports To<\/a> structure, managers may be granted access to run these complex reports for their people.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=15009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learn more about People Analytics here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"projects\">Project Reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your Role has permission for &#8220;Visualize Projects&#8221; you have access to two more reports that showcase project status from a higher level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Project Status is also shown in Project Reports for those who have that permission in their role.  These include a stacked bar chart listing the number of Tasks assigned to each employee by status. Click the &#8220;&gt;&#8221; chevron on the left to expend\/collapse each. From &#8220;My Meetings&#8221; you&#8217;ll see statistics based on the average of all meetings you have accepted invitations to.
