Allow me to introduce you to the first version of the new SecureDB v5 suite.  The version 5 suite will focus on unobtrusive enhancements to Meetings, Projects, and Reviews.  Here&#8217;s what came out in v5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Event Listeners<\/strong> &#8211; When two or more people are in a meeting at the same time, you&#8217;ll see tasks and challenges sync between browsers (without refresh) as well as little notifications that come up from the bottom of your screen (we call those &#8220;Hat Tips&#8221; &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/jdmdigital\/hat-tip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/github.com\/jdmdigital\/hat-tip<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New &#8220;Composite Scores&#8221; People Analytics Report<\/strong> &#8211; If you have access to People Analytics, you&#8217;ll see a new report option called &#8220;Composite Scores.&#8221; This report includes ALL the scores for each user in the organization in each quarter (feedback, reviews, objectives, etc) as well as an average of all of them (the &#8220;composite score,&#8221; get it?)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adding Objectives from inside a Meeting<\/strong> &#8211; You&#8217;ll see a new &#8220;Add Objective&#8221; button above the scoreboard in meetings for those last-minute objectives you want to start tracking in your meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit Meeting from Inside a Meeting<\/strong> &#8211; From the meeting preview, you can click the &#8220;Edit Meeting&#8221; button to open a modal to edit your meeting agenda without ever actually leaving the meeting preview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meeting Agenda Collapsible<\/strong> &#8211; Is your agenda getting in the way? Click the new arrow to the right of the word &#8220;Agenda&#8221; to collapse it and make your meeting window that much wider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detailed Objective Trends in Reviews<\/strong> &#8211; New reviews now include a detailed, zoomable trend chart on the first page (to the right) instead of the old, static table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detour Alert!<\/strong> &#8211; Meeting discussion getting off-topic? Click the new &#8220;Detour Alert&#8221; button. We don&#8217;t care to hear about your vacation in Mexico. Click &#8220;Take the Detour&#8221; if you want to add a new IDS about how we ALL should probably have a corporate retreat in Mexico. Guess we&#8217;re not off-topic after all. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Updates to Rocks in Meetings<\/strong> &#8211; Added avatars with tooltips to rocks inside your meeting AND you can now drag &amp; drop them if you want to review them in a particular order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Related Articles&#8221; in Knowledge Base<\/strong> &#8211; Each of the several hundred articles in our knowledge base now include automated &#8220;related articles&#8221; to help customers understand all that Etho can do and how it does it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s the big stuff. Version 5 also includes numerous performance improvements, logic optimization, updates for security, and 247 other little things only nerds like me care about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: Version 5 includes a &#8220;version bump&#8221; to prevent a cache conflict so you may notice the app running a little sluggish for another few hours while the cache gets primed again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A big deployment to Production was completed early this morning.
