Create the note in either the Meeting Preview or a meeting that has already started.  To clear and remove that note from your meeting,  click the &#8220;[-]&#8221; icon at the top-right of the note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sticky Notes in meetings are designed for tiny reminders to all meeting attendees.  They are visible to anyone who can view the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/etho-sticky-note-featured.jpg\" alt=\"Etho Sticky Notes Animation\" class=\"wp-image-14039\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The intent for Sticky Notes is for little announcements like, &#8220;The Office is Closed on Monday!&#8221; Little announcements like these are not Tasks, and not <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12847\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12847\">topics for discussion<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sticky Notes do not have any kind of a &#8220;save button&#8221; on them.  Once you are done making changes, just click anywhere else and it&#8217;ll save in the background (no refresh needed either).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike a lot of other things in SecureDB, there is no tracking, no notification, and no archive of previous Sticky Notes.
