It also includes the average of all those scores in that period&#8211;the &#8220;Composite&#8221; score (because &#8220;Average Score&#8221; sounds blas\u00e9). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access People Analytics from <strong>People <\/strong>&gt;&gt; <strong>People Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE<\/strong>: Users with this permission can see everyone in an organization, regardless of <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\">Reports To<\/a> structure.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/people-analytics-composite-1024x463.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13995\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Select <strong>Composite Scores<\/strong> from the dropdown, select the <strong>year<\/strong>, and click <strong>Run Report<\/strong>.
