{"id":12868,"date":"2022-01-01T19:39:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-02T00:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manage4.performancescoring.net\/kb\/?p=12868"},"modified":"2025-03-04T17:13:31","modified_gmt":"2025-03-04T22:13:31","slug":"performancereviews","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12868","title":{"rendered":"Completing Performance Reviews"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Reviews, at whatever frequency you\u2019ve set in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10943\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10943\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Company Setup<\/a>\u00a0(Annually, Semi-Annually, or Quarterly) are a way to\u00a0measure employee engagement and alignment.\u00a0 Reviews in SecureDB are designed so managers can rate employees on both company values and role-specific requirements. The sections contained in a Review could be named differently according to your company&#8217;s naming conventions. The right side trend chart shows all current objectives and their scoring trend. Just below the Notes field for each Skill\/Value\/Behavior and alignment you can click  the dropdown for Prior Notes.  This displays the Year, Quarter, Score and Notes from each previous review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Document Post Review Actions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Actions Tab<\/strong> &#8211; &nbsp;On the Actions tab, management can set action items, which are key; items for the user to focus on through the next period.
