These five reports are: <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=15009\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15009\">Headcount<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/people-analytics-attrition.png\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"15672\">Attrition<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12386\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12386\">Reviews<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=11876\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"11876\">Profile Completeness<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12411\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12411\">Needs Assessment<\/a>.  If your <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10605\">user role<\/a> has the <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10605\">permission<\/a> to access <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=15009\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15009\">People Analytics<\/a>, you&#8217;ll find it under <strong>People <\/strong>>> <strong>People Analytics<\/strong> on the left-hand sidebar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article will focus on the Needs Assessment report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE<\/strong>: Users with this permission can see everyone in an organization, regardless of <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=353\">Reports To<\/a> structure.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once on the People Analytics page, select <strong>Needs Assessment <\/strong>from the report dropdown.  Then, choose the Period you would like included in the report, and click <strong>Run Report<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the results table below, you will see the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User&#8217;s Name<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; First and Last name of Employee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manager<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The manager who conducted the review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Score<\/strong>&nbsp; &#8211; Review score of  &#8220;3&#8221; or less<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Question<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The Review question that was scored a 3 or less<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>&nbsp; &#8211; The date the review was submitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>View<\/strong> &#8211; Link to the archived, read-only review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Needs-Assessment-1-1024x404.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12415\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The table can be sorted by any one of the columns by clicking the column header.  You can also search and filter for keywords by using the search input box at the top.  For example, you may like to know which employees scored 3 or less in an organizational value regarding Empowerment.
