Designed for HR professionals, SecureDB includes five (5) pre-built reports for understanding how your organization is using SecureDB. Those five reports are Headcount, Attrition, Reviews, Profile Completeness<\/a>, Needs Assessment<\/a>, and Composite Scores<\/a>. If your user role<\/a> has the permission<\/a> to access People Analytics<\/strong>, you’ll find it under People <\/strong>>> People Analytics<\/strong> on the left-hand sidebar. This article will focus on the “Reviews report.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT NOTE<\/strong>: Users with this permission can see everyone in an organization, regardless of Reports To<\/a> structure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once on the People Analytics page, select Reviews<\/a><\/strong> from the dropdown and click Run Report<\/strong>. This report shows the number of completed Performance Reviews, those that have never been completed for eligible employees, as well as Reviews that were started and saved but never completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users that appear in the table are due for a review, In the table, you will find the hire date, employee name, the employee’s role<\/a>, manager’s name, the date of their last review, and for what quarter in (parentheses), and if it’s late or never done. In the last column, you can edit the user’s profile directly or email them with a click of a button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saved, Not Submitted:<\/strong>
The manager started to fill out the Review<\/strong>, and saved his or her progress but never returned to complete it. In the example above Michael Scott would need to return to Coaching<\/strong>, Reviews<\/strong> for Andy Campbell. He will then see a notification letting him know he has an unsubmitted review and asks if he would like to continue. When he clicks ‘Yes” he is able to complete the review and submit it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Never:<\/strong>
Just as it says, this employee has never been given a performance review since being eligible.
In the example above Michael would go to Coaching<\/strong>, Reviews<\/strong>, and give Darryl a review.

Date of Last Review<\/strong>
This displays the date of the employee’s last review as well as the quarter that was reviewed. In the example above Stanley was given a review for the 4th quarter on December 13, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
