Once logged-in to the  application, Select <strong>Administration<\/strong> from the side menu bar select then select <strong>Manage Surveys <\/strong>then click the <strong>Add New <\/strong>button at the top of the page.<br><strong>2.<\/strong>  Type in the first <em style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Check-In <\/em>Q<strong><em>uestion<\/em><\/strong> you would like to create.<br>* Select the <strong><em>Role<\/em><\/strong> or <strong><em>Roles<\/em><\/strong> for whom who will be using this Check-In survey.<br>* <strong>Question Frequency<\/strong> &#8211; Select <strong><em>Check-In Questions<br><\/em><\/strong>*  <strong>Notify Users<\/strong> &#8211;  This can be skipped as Check-In Questions ignore user notifications<br>* <strong>Notify If the Answer Is <\/strong>&#8211; This can be skipped as Check-In Questions ignore user notifications<br>* Set Status To <strong><em>Active<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. <\/strong> Click <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12202\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12202\">Create Question<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
