{"id":11876,"date":"2021-12-01T16:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-01T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manage4.performancescoring.net\/kb\/?p=11876"},"modified":"2023-11-20T20:00:09","modified_gmt":"2023-11-21T01:00:09","slug":"profile-completeness-rules","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=11876","title":{"rendered":"Profile Completeness Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When looking at the Profile Completeness report in <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=15009\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"15009\">People Analytics<\/a>, the system loops through a series of tests for every user in your organization.  As soon as a test is failed, that issue is displayed for the user in the table and represented as a count in the table above.  However, that doesn&#8217;t mean that user may not fail more than one test.  The tests are looped-through in priority order, so the most critical issue for a given user shows in the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rules\">Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the logic for those tests, again in priority order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has Logged-in <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has Role Assigned <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has Primary Reports To Assigned <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has Updated their Password (completed the 4-step initial process)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has (if enabled) PI Profile Chosen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has at least one Objective Category &#8220;Is Scored In&#8221; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has at least one Feedback\/Factor Category &#8220;Is Scored In&#8221; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is on at least one Team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking the columns in the chart above filters the table to only the users which violented THAT rule. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When looking at the Profile Completeness report in People Analytics, the system loops through a series of tests for every user in your organization.
