The only real difference is what these categories hold.  Feedback Categories hold <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=12189\">Feedback<\/a>.  Objective Categories hold <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=10805\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10805\">Objectives<\/a>.  Here&#8217;s how to create a new Feedback Category. <br><br>1.   Once logged-in to the  application, click the <strong><em>Administration<\/em><\/strong> dropdown in left menu bar, then select  <strong><em>Manage Categories<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.   On the <strong><em>Manage Categories<\/em><\/strong> Page click  <strong><em>Add Category<\/em><\/strong> at the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.   Select the Type of <strong>Category<\/strong> &#8211; <strong><em>Feedback <\/em>or <em>Objective<\/em><\/strong>.  In this example, we&#8217;ve selected &#8220;Feedback&#8221; .<br>      Then type in a name for your new Category.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>       If this  is to be a <strong>Global Category<\/strong>, you can simply check the box next to Global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
