Objectives are the targeted goals you create in the SecureDB application based on individual, role, or team (their \u201cScope\u201d). To manage or add an Objectives first login to your organization’s SecureDB application.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once logged in the\u00a0\u201cObjectives<\/em>\u201d will be displayed on the\u00a0Dashboard<\/em>.\u00a0To update an employee\u2019s\u00a0Objective simply type in the amount of their Objective that has been met and select \u201cUpdate<\/em>\u201c.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add or manage Objectives look to the menu on the\u00a0left\u00a0side of the screen and select \u201cAdministration” then select “Manage Objectives\u201d, you will be brought to the Manage Objectives page\u00a0where you can see every Objective entered, sorted by Individual, Role, or Team.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add\u00a0a new\u00a0Objective,\u00a0select the \u201cAdd Objective\u201d button at the top of the page.\u00a0\u00a0To create an Objective set the goal value, the Units, frequency, a description of the Objective, the scope of the goal (individual, role, or team), and the category or categories it is associated with. Finally select the\u00a0Add Objective<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To edit an\u00a0Objective,\u00a0select the\u00a0edit\u00a0<\/strong>button to the right of the Objective and update the\u00a0necessary\u00a0field. You can also update Objectives in mass. More on that here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a way to upload a CSV to create objectives<\/a> or update their values in bulk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
