If you have encountered\u00a0an\u00a0error message like the one shown below when using SecureDB, it is because\u00a0the browser was not able to access cookies or create a secure\u00a0cookie to authorize your session. This is\u00a0caused by various reasons such as\u00a0ad\u00a0or script-blocking plugins or\u00a0by the browser itself if it is\u00a0not allowed to set cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please follow the below simple steps to fix this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firefox Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Open the Firefox Options <\/strong>menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the left, select Privacy & Security<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Under\u00a0Cookies and Site Data<\/strong>\u00a0click on\u00a0Manage Permissions,\u00a0<\/strong>copy and paste “https:\/\/SecureDB.secuiredb.io” and click\u00a0Allow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Next, click on Manage Data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Search for “https:\/\/SecureDB.secuiredb.io<\/strong>” and select\u00a0Remove All Shown<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Save Changes <\/strong>and confirm in the pop-up window by clicking Remove<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Reload Firefox and log into your SecureDB account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Chrome Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open Chrome Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Advanced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. In the Privacy and security<\/strong> section, click on Content Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on Cookies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Next to Allow<\/strong>, click Add <\/strong>copy and paste “[*.]performancescoring.net” and click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Under\u00a0All cookies and site data<\/strong>, search for SecureDB, and delete all https:\/\/SecureDB.secuiredb.io<\/strong> related entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Reload Chrome and log into your SecureDB account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Safari Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open Safari Preferences from the drop-down menu in the navigation bar or by typing Cmd + , (\u2318,).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click the Privacy<\/strong> tab and make sure that “Cookies and website data” is set to either “Always allow” or “Allow from websites I visit”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click on Manage Website Data<\/strong> to see all locally stored website data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Search for \u201chttps:\/\/SecureDB.secuiredb.io<\/strong>\u201d and remove all SecureDB related entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
