When creating a new team (the first one) and you’ve never created a Feedback Category<\/a> before, you’ll run into an issue where the “Team Scored In” field is required, but there are no choices to choose from. Here’s how to fix that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create a Feedback Category<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Administration<\/strong> >>Manage Categories<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Add Category<\/strong> button at the top of the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the radio button for Feedback <\/strong>and enter a category name<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Add Category<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Now, you’ll need to add that new feedback category to your user profile<\/a>. Here’s how.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Administration >> Manage Users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Search <\/strong>for yourself and click the Edit <\/strong>button on the right<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Towards the bottom, add the category you just created to the field, “Can Score In<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The category you create should be something that’s a measurable type for this team or teams. In the future, you’ll be able to give this entire team realtime feedback in this category. For right now, however, it’ll break the loop and let you create your first team<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Create a Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Administration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click Manage Teams<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click the Create New Team<\/strong> button at the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Enter the Team Name<\/strong>, Creator<\/strong> (you, perhaps), and Viewers <\/strong>(can see, but not manage), Employees on Team<\/strong>, and then enter the Feedback Category<\/strong> you just created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Click Add New<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
