To&nbsp;update&nbsp;an Objectives,&nbsp;first login to your organizations SecureDB application. Once logged in, \u201cObjectives\u201d will be displayed on the&nbsp;<em>Dashboard<\/em>.&nbsp;To update an employee\u2019s&nbsp;Objectives simply type in the amount of their Objectives that has been met and select &#8220;<em>Update<\/em>&#8220;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To manage&nbsp;<em>Objectives<\/em>&nbsp;look to the menu and select &#8220;<em>Administration<\/em>&#8221;&nbsp;a dropdown menu will appear&nbsp;select \u201c<em>Manage Objectives<\/em>\u201d and you will be brought to the <em>Manage <\/em>Objectives page&nbsp;where you can <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=11473\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"11473\">edit or set new&nbsp;Objectives<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"537\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126-1024x537.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18078\" srcset=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126-1024x537.png 1024w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126-300x157.png 300w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126-768x403.png 768w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126-827x434.png 827w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126-980x515.png 980w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126-600x315.png 600w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-126.png 1449w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three &#8220;scopes&#8221; of Objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Individual&nbsp;<\/strong>Objectives are tied to a specific user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>role&nbsp;<\/strong>Objectives are inherited by each user who are in that role. These Objectives do NOT sum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team<\/strong>&nbsp;Objectives are shared by each user on the specified team. <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=11673\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"11673\">These <em>Objectives<\/em> sum<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Not sure what Objectives you need to create to measure the performance of your team?
